Only a decade ago, having a BI tool in the company was optional. Nowadays, choosing the right BI tool for your company plays a pivotal role, and many business users choose MicroStrategy.
Over the last couple of months, we hosted 2 Webinars dedicated to MicroStrategy with 150 attendees overall. A majority of which use other analytical tools, such as Power BI, Cognos, Qlik, and Oracle OBIEE.
In one of the Webinars, titled “From Hyperintelligent to Hyperproductive”, we focused on one of the most groundbreaking new features of the platform, HyperIntelligence, which allows users to optimize processes on any web-based application without a single click – the technology is also known as zero-click analytics. Not only does this work for your web browser, emails, and online forms, it practically works with any web-based application. That includes other BI platforms – such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik, where HyperIntelligence sits on top of the existing platform.
In the second Webinar, “The Art of Analytics”, we covered a more general overview and new additions to the existing features, such as MicroStrategy Dashboards, including Dossiers and Library, which allow for quick visualization and easy sharing with other users.
We wanted to know your opinion
After the Webinars, our participants filled out a survey that showed that many companies are still struggling with old challenges and that MicroStrategy can propose a fast solution to those problems.
What are the challenges?
Do you combine sources or get data from your analytical platform?
How well do you trust the data from your analytical tool?
Are answers fast enough?
More than 53% of participants claim that they have too many reports to switch between and thus lose a lot of time, 84% of respondents draw data from various sources and not just from their analytical tool, and more than half do not trust the data coming from their BI tools.
All solutions under MicroStrategy umbrella
Gartner recently named MicroStrategy “The only enterprise-ready Business Intelligence platform on the market”. The suite of features MicroStrategy proposed in its latest platform release boost all of your in-house BI tools and streamline your business.
The survey we conducted shows that the majority finds HyperIntelligence extremely beneficial for their company, mostly because of its ease of use and the ability to deploy it in every corner of the company. It is used in sales, marketing, project management, HR and finance departments across industries.
Which MicroStrategy functionality would be beneficial for your company?
Other answers include Responsive design. It’s handy for mobile users and centralized metadata and security, one of the top priorities of the company.
Here are some of the reasons to deploy MicroStrategy:
- MicroStrategy Dashboards, including Library and Dossiers, which allows for quick data visualization and easy sharing with other users.
- Federated Analytics, allows users to use their favorite analytics tools such as Tableau, Qlik or PowerBI under a MicroStrategy umbrella.
- HyperIntelligence, a revolution in business intelligence that allows users to optimize processes on any web application without clicking.
